Engineered for heavy industrial power conversion, this 10kW high frequency transformer combines a massive EE100 ferrite core assembly with Litz wire windings to minimize AC resistance losses at elevated frequencies. Designed for induction heating systems, industrial electroplating rectifiers, and large-scale DC-DC converter banks where reliability under continuous full-load operation is non-negotiable.

  • 10kW Continuous Rating: Robust EE100 core platform handles 10kW continuous throughput with forced air cooling, providing ample headroom for peak loads in industrial environments.
  • Litz Wire Windings: Multi-strand individually insulated conductors dramatically reduce skin effect and proximity effect losses at operating frequencies up to 100kHz, maintaining high efficiency across the full power range.
